IL2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover - Blitz Edition relaunch video

IL2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover - Blitz Edition relaunch video

So here is the relaunch video for IL2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover - Blitz Edition which will be available on Steam as soon as the final round of Beta testing is completed.

IL2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover - Blitz Edition the new name for Cliffs of Dover with the v4.5 TFS update included

Completely free if you have already purchased Cliffs of Dover and included with any purchase of Cliffs of Dover after it is re-released.

Since 1C Game Studios gave Team Fusion Simulations (TFS) access to the Source Code earlier this year, TFS have been fixing bugs, adding new content and preparing the software for re-release on Steam of v4.5 now known as Blitz Edition.

There is, it is fair to say, still work to do and over the coming months we will be creating our first paid for expansion (v5.00) which will include many new aircraft and a complete new Theatre of Operations, that being the North Africa campaign.

We are still working hard to cram last-minute features and fixes into the software in preparation for it's upcoming re-release, the date of which will be announced shortly once final beta testing is complete (currently well underway).

    Here's the video:

Finally we'd also appreciate it if you would spread the word and be part of our Facebook community which can be found here:

Hi Bonehead I got the following reply from Dickie at ACG who run their own Server after I asked him the question directly and he kindly offered assistance.

"It's genuinely no different to 1946 except restarting a mission means server restart (disconnect reconnect). You can run from selecting options in game or there is WildWillies CloD Commander which allows you to configure rolling missions etc. The main difference from 1946 is the C# scripting element and I can't explain that, it's as deep and bespoke as you want. In essence it's pretty easy, and if he wants to know more send him our way we will help.

BTW WW CloD Commander does the server restart stuff, it's configurable.

Wild Willies Clod commander is a pretty essential part though. Makes life easy for a 24x7 server. A Server host/Admin needs to understand the concept that clod is now a 24x7 world which is a bit different to 46? We have a copy we modified which Bone Head is welcome to use "

As he said above, more than willing to give guidance should you require it?
